If you are ever unhappy with the items you have received in your order, please first contact our customer service! Do not return any merchandise to the manufacturer, or to us without first contacting our customer service department.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.


Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided to you after you contact customer service.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
